IVF tests

Blood tests for detection of HIV, hepatitis B and C, syphilis must be done only at AltraVita clinic.

For woman

One time

• Blood type and Rh factor

1 month validity

• Complete blood count
• Clinical urine analysis
• Coagulogram (prothrombin, thrombin time, aPTT, fibrinogen concentration)
• Smear for flora from urethra, cervix, vagina

3 months validity

• blood test for detection of HIV, Syphilis, Hepatitis B and C

6 months validity

• Hormonal screening (AMH, LH, FSH, Prolactin on day 2-3 of menstrual cycle, T4 free, TSH)

12 months validity

• Pelvic ultrasound
• Protein total, ALT, AST, Bilirubin total, Urea, Creatinine, Glucose
• Smear for cytology from endo and exocervix
• Thyroid ultrasound
• Mammary ultrasound (under 35 y.o)
• Mammography (35 y.o. and over)
• Chest X-Ray
• Physician conclusion
• ECG

Medically indicated tests (upon doctor’s request). 

• tubal patency test
• СА125 before second IVF program
• hysteroscopy,  endometrial pipelle biopsy  are performed for more detailed  examination of endometrial tissue
• karyotype blood test is done once in life

For man

One time

• semen analysis must be done only at AltraVita clinic
